Do I need to spell it out even further? It's a far superior show and this is from someone who loved LOST up until the point it became clear that they had no idea where they were going (somewhere in season 4).

If you appreciate great writing and even better acting, then Breaking Bad is easily a more superior show than LOST. This episode was VASTLY more superior than anything LOST put out and that's not a slight at LOST, that's just how damn goo Breaking Bad is.

Yes, that hour of television was simply amazing and I am still trying to gather my thoughts on everything that went down.

And I'm not asking that. As usual, you are completely unwelcome in every thread you're in and rain on everyone's parade. You claim to be in your thirties and act the way you do, and I can only imagine how lonely, friendless, and bitter of a person you must be in real life. You really need to look at yourself and change greatly, since I can't imagine that anyone can stand to be around you for more than 30 seconds at a time. I'm completely serious.

again, that has nothing to do with the question he asked.

continue to regurgitate the same old shite and compare two shows when all he asked about was one episode from each show.

Seem to have hit a tender spot. They actually seem to agree with me a whole lot more than they do you. Plus I just asked a question. How can someone disagree with a question?

It's gotta be close

I can't think of any other hours of television that were that intense

Rains of Castemere and Blackwater were pretty intense.

I guess because I knew what was coming, those lost their intensity a bit for me

although I can imagine those being quite intense for a non-reader

Blackwater was just cool and not really all that intense. There's no way they were going to kill off most of the King's Landing crew in that episode.

Rains of Castamere I didn't particularly enjoy (sans the non-reader reactions), but I really respected. Even though I knew what was about to happen, it did have me on pins and needles.

I knew what was coming in both, but I heard before season two that they were making some supposedly big changes for season 2, and you know how big of a turning point Blackwater was so I thought something could have changed (other than Tyrion keeping his nose).

Heard the same damn rumor with Season 3 and even was buying into it at the beginning with the changes regarding Robb's wife. As soon as they played the music I was half excited half screaming NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

The Season 3 finale of BE was pretty intense too.
