WR options with Tampa & Julio Jones situation

Julio is questionable, even if he plays knee could be a issue.
Vincent Jackson with the freeman situation is a concern now
Have Reuben Randle on the bench, should I make a move and replace either jones or Jackson with Randle? I expect the giants/broncos to be a shootout

Play both Julio & Jackson. Neither should have any trouble today.
