You think that the Cowboys need a QB? Idiot.

Romo is 33. QB is a place that the boys will need to address in the next couple of drafts.

In this scenario, freeman's trade value will be nil and you could probably get him for very little.

IMO, 25 year old qb that throws 4000 yards a season at 58% comp rate and 25 tds is desirable.

So why not take a shot?

Bucs have a coach/gm problem not qb.

For starters, they just gave Romo a six year deal in the offseason.

58% completion is shitty.

Romo was just extended. The Cowboys are locked up for a few years.

58% comp rate

Not good

64 career ints= not good

79.6 career QBr= not good

I've never seen a qb bitch at his receivers as much as Freeman. They are not ALWAYS the ones running incorrect option routes.

No, Freeman sucks

He's the weak link on an otherwise good offense.

if we take injuries into account, it's not that insane

bradford hasn't exactly been good at playing QB in the NFL

staffy had one big year and then sucked last year...he's been hurt otherwise. he was the worst of the 3 QBs last year (with megatron, mind you)

He seriously sucks at freaking swing passes.

Not to mention floating balls over the middle which, at best, leave your wrs hung out to dry, and at worst, are easily picked off.

He sucks, plain and simple.

Add in his pathetic attitude, and he's just a wretched player to have on your team.

Brady wouldn't put that dumpster fire of a team in the playoffs

Freeman had one big year, and sucked every other year.

He sucked last year with a stout running game, and a very good tandem of receivers.

His attitude is pathetic. Hasn't wanted to be here for years, and here he is in a contract year, with a chance to do well for himself, and go somewhere else next year.

If he sticks around to finish the year, he'll still shite the bed. Bank on it. He isn't good.

When was the last time a starting QB requested to be traded during the regular season?

ETA: I know he hasn't requested it yet.

I hope he gets traded to the Raiders. I'm sure he'd beat out Flynn.

This is the Jay Cutler scenario all over again. 25 years old, physically gifted, 4000 yard passer, good feet, etc, but can't get along with the new coach.

Sam Bradford, Stafford, and Freeman are all in the same class to me.

Stafford is much more highly regarded than the other two guys IMO.

It isn't even a question and you would be clueless to argue otherwise. A QB having a down year is nothing new.

Could be true, but he inherited a pile of shite, and has no chance at doing well, as long as he has a QB that has no desire to be here, and while Freeman like Morris, he didn't want to be here before Morris was fired.

Poor Jax

Every mediocre/crappy QB who gets the "Well who would want HIM?" question drwas the same response at some point soon in the thread:

"Well, why not Jacksonville?"
