Freak gets double teamed every play and Ego is feeding off I it. Technically speaking ego is having a better statistical season thus far. This thread was not needed.

I believe Freak is very much the focus of opposing d-lines, and like you all said or implied, it gives someone else more opportunities.
Freak is doing better than the past years, he is more mature and will bide his time, Ego is no baby now!

Yes, Ego is having a better season than Freak. I think *gulp* Ego may be a better player than Freak. The Freak hype has always exceeded his on-field performance, and the Freak hypers are always quick to provide excuses for his less-than-expected performance (injury, double teams, etc.).
Anyways, I don't guess it really matters who's better in the end. I want them both to do well. Freak is good, but he'll never be as good as advertised.
ETA: This will probably not end well for me. I'll be more outnumbered than Freak vs. his blockers!

As far as I'm concerned both guys are 1st/2nd round picks and will start on Sundays. Both guys have busted their arse in the offseason and both guys have looked damn good this year! Freak will feed off Ego and Ego off freak. Right now Ego is getting 1 on 1 match ups and eating guards alive. Trust me when I say if Ego was drawing the double team Freak would be doing just as good, if not better.
