Has this been the worst first three weeks of CFB in recent history?

Very few good non-conference matchups. Tons of underachieving teams. Boring storylines. I can't remember a year that has started off less exciting in the past decade.

Clemson UGA was kinda exciting

I'm actually the exact opposite. Probably for two reasons:
A. SEC may very well be the best and win another BCSNC, but they don't look dominate like in years past.
B. Ohio State isn't being buttfricked by tNCAA this season, so life feels good again.

Yeah but that has nothing to do with the fact that this year is craptastic so far. I think by the end of the year we will also see that there were no really good teams, similar to 2007.

I could easily see it going that way too. 07 was pretty turrible

07 was entertaining because top teams were going down weekly.

Next week will be the worst of the whole year. This is why I like the NFL more. It seems like it take a while before you see multiple quality matchups in college.

I feel like someone complains about how boring college football is every single year.

How about Michigan rolling the Domers last week and then almost losing to Akron today. Pretty compelling if you ask me. And then Ole Missy slaps UT by 21.

Your AD "buttfricked" tOSU by not taking the bowl ban year before last.
No doubt in my mind that tOSU would have been in the BCSNC game and beaten Notre Dame last year if the Buckeyes would have been eligible to go.

SIYM! Watch out Tennessee. South gets a bye week next week and TN has to travel to Florida. (After getting destroyed at Oregon today).
