Mobile App "Pop Up" Issue

I checked and didn't see this on the board:
This has happened several times over the last two days. I click on a thread to view it, and I get re-directed to a website that looks like an app's info page in the Apple App Store.

Same here. Here the two most recent redirects. I got a porn site pop up the other day.
