i really dont see the problem with the tweet, not every tweet, article, and fb status needs to be in memoriam imo.
it puts 9/11 into perspective (timeline wise) using a football reference.

It's stupid because we don't need Peter King telling us how old RG3 was at the time for anyone to understand. Even the dumbest human can put that into perspective for themselves.
