Should I chill or look for a trade anywhere?

I picked up a couple guys I wanted on waivers this morning and I want to know if yall think I should chill and let things play out or if you think I should trade to upgrade anywhere. I'm in a yahoo normal scoring league with 12 guys and I had 137 points last week, but didn't even have high score so winning the league the year is going to be tough. TIA!
QB- Peyton Manning
WR1- Vincent Jackson
WR2- Jordy Nelson
RB1- Adrian Peterson
RB2- Maurice Jones-Drew
TE- Greg Olson
Flex- Julian Edelman
K- Phil Dawson
Def- Chicago
Bench-
QB- Sam Bradford
WR- James Jones
WR- Michael Floyd
WR- Alshon Jeffery
WR- Golden Tate
RB- Knowshon Moreno
RB- BenJarvis Green-Ellis
I'm on waivers to pick up Isaac Redman and drop Jeffery but I'm nearly last in order so I probably won't get it.
Also, this may seem obvious but I'm worried about Jacksonvilles O-line, should I start Moreno?

Drop Bradford and pick up someone.
You don't need to carry 2 QB's with Peyton. Just pick up whoever is available when he is on BYE.

You could see if someone would bite on Bradford but you prob wont get much for him.
