MacGruber might be the most pleasantly surprising movies I've ever watched. I went into it expecting it to be god-awful, and came out of it quoting it non stop. I had to buy it to show to every friend I could

+1. I didn't even like the SNL skit. Then, I started catching parts of the movie on HBO and kept laughing. I'm a huge fan. There is a lot to recommend. Among my favorite parts is the where he assembles the team at the start in typical 80s movie fashion (SPOILERS)
then blows them all up because of his own stupidity. The aftermath on Powers Boothe's office is also great.

It is amazing how much funnier an edited movie on TV can be if they simply mute out the cuss words and not replace them with a "freakin" or something ridiculous with a dubbed voice
I watched Macgruber yesterday and still laughed because the language was simply muted not bleeped and not dubbed and you could still get the joke...also, all the nudity was blurred out
the only thing was they edited his sex scene with Kristen Wiig down to nothing, but the next one with Maya Rudolph was pretty much unedited except his butt was blurred out, they even let him say...
"i'm gonna shoot!!!!I'm gonna ______ shoot"!!!!
even the brocalli in the butt gags made it in with a little blurring out

Looks like it's time to pound some counth.
I watched this one a few months ago on recommendation from this board and was pleasantly surprised. It's not some great movie that's gonna be on any of my lists, but it was definitely solid comedy, and pretty quotable too.

I can't fricking stand Will Forte. I seriously want to punch a baby when he appears on my screen. His humor is bad and he should feel bad.
