You can go to Mansur's in casual attire. There are tables in the bar area for more casual atmosphere. I like Serops, myself. Don't know about what others think of it, but the things I order there are very good.

Ate at Mansur's this week. Was one of the best redfish dishes I've had.

Beausoleil is the best casual place in the area IMO.

ETA: It's not Sammy's-type of prices though if that's what you're looking for by saying casual.
