You are cracking jokes about a fellow Tiger fan's death.

Not to single you out, but definitely Not cool bro. Or funny, Or different, Or edgy, Or original, or in any way shape or form tactful. You have people who knew the guy personally here. Show some class.

Anybody that's been up there, please comment... I don't know how a line like that can be within reach of someone tripping or anything accidental.

If so, there's a major problem for that business.

I don't think that it's a problem for the business because I don't think that they were supposed to be up there, and I doubt regular patrons ever go up there. I'm sure it was just a couple of people that work there with some buddies throwing a few back.

I think everyone should know how great of a person he was

he would go out of his way for anyone.

have a gig and your drummer got sick? yeah, he'd learn the songs in an hour and fill in.

he was a huge LSU fan and I have watched many games with him. Not one person who knows him could say a bad word about him. He was very smart, goofy, and talented.

Just think people should know how much he rocked.

you had to go through the office to get up there

i'm sure there were people that worked there up there with him that saw this go down. people have been going up on the roof at the moon for a long time.

Yeah, but apparently people were always going up there. So it's definitely a problem for the business.

A live high voltage wire within reach of people is this accident waiting to happen.

Very sad and probably very preventable.

Dan was like a brother to me and I lived with him for about 3 years. I'm not surprised by the lack of tact on this website but don't really expect anything less from a few of you. It really is a shame. It was 100% an accident and a tragedy. Unfortunately we had to lose a good one while the rest of you fricks can try to be the "cool" guy on TD.

re: Man dies at Spanish Moon

Doc you are a good man, sir. I just lost a friend who was shot in San Antonio last Saturday by an off-duty police officer, and I did not find out until mid-week because of the circumstances.

It really got me down because it was not only senseless, but left a lot of questions that will linger for a lifetime. We grew up together and his brother is one of my very best friends. Seeing his brother with so much hurt in his eyes just broke my heart, and I have never seen him waver emotionally; some I guess do not realize how much a loss like this can effect the family and friends. I just finished reading his quotes he had on his old twitter page, and those alone made me remember how intelligent and caring he was as a human being.

As for the guy that lost his life at the Spanish Moon, the Doc's post on him learning songs in an hour gave me the same warm-hearted feeling of rememberance of a true friend (any music person knows that takes some sacrifice and talent) As a person trying to learn how to play music, it is too bad this guy had to pass away so soon because the world lost a gifted musician and tiger fan.

For the comedians-there is a time and place and obviously your intelligent sense has been clouded by your selfish humor in this case. I am sure some will even poke fun at this post, but you cannot hurt me with silly petty tyrant words. The perspective I have gained about life in this week rises above that. "Blessed are those that grieve and mourn". Sorry for the loss.
