It says it fits 56 beers + ice, so I would estimate about 24"x24". It's got the no-leak liner most importantly.
I use my other one for fishing in my kayak as well. I had a 10# bag of ice, 2 dozen crabs, a dozen mullet and 2lbs of market shrimp for the Ride The Bull and it was not even half full.

Almost forgot they had a square type of soft cooler as well with LSU on it - I like the bag style better.

Had one since last Christmas
It gets HEAVY when it's full of beer and ice! We tried the 52 cans + ice. Bad idea!!
