Somewhere not close to campus then. Any good restaurant really. Just sit at the bar. BJ's has a huge menu of ok food. But several large tv's. Not sure what it's like on gameday. Not sure what any place is like on game day other than campus and Walk ons.

if I was in the situation I'd stay away from campus for sure. Chimes East will probably be slammed but maybe you could grab a spot at the bar. Also maybe the bar @ Superior.

Haven't been to Walk Ons in forever but I remember the food being shite. Probably have hot bartenders though.

Pretty much this. I wouldn't say food is shite, but R2R is a tough critic. Food is alright. But they have hot girls.

I will say back in college I liked their chicken club on a croissant with a side of cheese fries, but that was a decade ago.Their devil on a horseback or whatever was a joke.

TJ Tibs (Siegen Lane) maybe? Or is it too crowded?

Hooters on College. The one on Siegen is too far from campus. The one on college is good if you want to tailgate and then leave.

Mansur's has TV's in the bar area and you can eat your fill of chargrilled oysters while you watch the game. I make reservations, though, even for the bar because it's a busy restaurant on weekends regardless of what's going on. There's a bar, but it gets full quickly. Probably lower key than the other suggestions since there aren't TV's in the rest of the restaurant and the bar area, while having a good many seats, isn't that large. I watched a game there once and it worked out pretty well. They kept the drinks and food flowing.

I watched the TCU game at Sammy's, they were empty. I thought they were going to be packed, but there was almost no one in there.

Pluckers on Bluebonnet has plenty of TVs and good bar food. Last time I watched an LSU game in a bar, it was there.
The Bulldog has a real good beer selection and pretty decent food.
Maybe even the Cove. They've got tons of TVs, great beer selection, pretty laid back vibe. They don't serve food, but I've seen people bring take-out in there.
I'm wondering how crowded places will be. The Tigers are playing UAB, not Alabama. I imagine anywhere away from campus shouldn't be a problem.

TJ Ribs on Acadian usually has a decent atmosphere.

Ruffino's in the bar as well.

That was my go-to but they replaced it with another sandwich and I actually like it even better.. Except it comes with two breasts on it which is a bit much. I take one off.

I don't mind WalkOns food.. I might be alone in that. But oh well.

I went to Walk-Ons for the first time in years a week or so ago. I got a burger and it was perfectly acceptable. I may put it back in the rotation of places to dine....

- We did the Cove last weekend and it was a good spot. Pretty much empty, so we sat at the bar right in front of a TV and watched it. It did get a decent crowd by the end of the game, but it was nice to be able to get a beer easily when you wanted. Bring a jacket though, it's cold as can be in there.
