For firing Cam Cameron, Jim Caldwell is definitely an upgrade.

The funny thing is their offense barely changed. The players just started playing way better since they got a wake up call from Cameron's termination. Most realized their jobs could be on the line too if they didn't step it up

Caldwell needs to instruct his TEs on how to catch the football when it's thrown to them.
