N MS All Stars, one stage 4:15p

Drivin n Cryin, other stage 4:30p.

Which should I choose?

2 Chainz gets a lot of respect on this Board, so I guess I catch him a bit late as the first show winds down?

Drivin N Cryin is the band of my youth. If you want to know what it was like to be a southerner into rock in the late 80s, that's pretty much it. I'd see them over almost anyone, such is the pull of nostalgia.

I mean drivin n Cryin is good and all but Luther Dickinson is one of the greatest blues guitarists of today. Nostalgia is a tough adversary though

At least I admit its a nostalgic choice. Though Fly Me Courageous is one of the best pop songs ever recorded.

Well, it looks like the votes are in .. North Mississippi All Stars it will be ..

It's weird how they timed bands with a similar appeal at the same time.
