not without a lot of overtime from not till next season.....

you are just looking at the structure. a lot needs to go in to complete it. Where is the plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, ect.

I'm a little disappointed that even after the south addition is complete, the total stadium capacity won't exceed 100,000...
