Which should I go with week one? I feel like Miller is the right choice, but I always like to have a guy playing in the first game of the year.

Miller is going to start and receive the majority of the touches.
You're playing with fire with Ball. Hillman or Moreno will got the complimentary "start" and after that, it's any guess who gets the carries
