Picking a qb over 1 avg performance over backups can kill a franchise. I love a team that did this when Johnson had a good game against backups of colts in week 16.

IMO, I'm suprised flynn got this far into the NFL.
He was never a strong passer. The one game in the NFL that he shined had to do with how good the offense was and not so much Flynn stepping up.

I think after that one game Matt Flynn really thought he was Aaron Rodgers, and seems like a couple GMs did as well
