When he came into the game it was for power running plays only. TCU was already stacking the line of scrimmage, and they were run blitzing Hilliard on every play.

He is probably as good as he used to be. We just have a logjam of talent at RB right now. Blue is very good. Magee has shown a lot also. Then we have HIll coming back also, so just going to be hard for him to get a lot of touches.

Has this thread really gone on this long without any saying "twins"?

This answer seems to make the most sense to me. As much as I'd love to see this guy dominate, I have trust in the coaching staff. That being said, I think Kenny might be one of those guys who gets in a groove after about 12-15 carries. My guess is he plays a minor role this season, then enters the draft. He may actually have a better chance in the NFL than he does in this system.

Hilliard is a guy who needs some room to be effective. As teams have to give our passing game more respect, don't be surprised to see Hilliard come in and be more effective.

When he's getting to the 2nd level consistently, he becomes a RB people don't want to face.

that goes for pretty much all backs. He just needs to show more on the touches he does get.

I agree, and 1 game is a very small sample size, I hope he doesn't get dog housed, lol

I think he leaves his feet to quickly on a lot of his runs.

Man J Hill looked awesome sat too. Oh wait....

He has a good SECOND half the season and ur droll on his balls. Btw, we lost 3 games with J Hills success. When Kenny (&Blue) has success we are undefeated. Just to point that out. K
