Teals sightings in Vermilion parish??

The teal should be down but I'm not hearing anything. I have a rice field available for opening weekend.

I saw a few last week in Acadia Parish. Just a few but it was good to see them.

I've been doing some fishing in the marsh and I've only seen big ducks. We should start seeing the teal. Supposed to be a good hatch this year.

I went down to my lease in Wright this weekend. I didn't see any teal. I certainly was expecting to though.

Just got off the phone with Douglas. He said he hasn't seen any but Rick Hall told him they are starting stack a few miles south of the bridge.

I went sat out on the levee of my rice field this morning and counted about 60-70 coming in. Teal should be good.
