Help with a logo

I want to make a logo for my highschool, and I know that this is the best place for it. Could someone help me with this. Here is a source image of the logo but if you could please add your own touches too it.
And like I said, feel free to add anything to it. It's pinson valley high school and the mascot is the Indians. TIA
