I am dumb and messed up. Please help settle my mind.

I am young and dumb. I have my two savings accounts set up for overdraft protection and when one hits zero it rolls into the next. My credit card is set for automatic payment and one account did not have the full amount. It did not roll over to the other and gave me a NSF fee.
I called Chase and tried to figure out why my overdraft protection did not kick in. They did not know why and removed the NSF fee. They said that once the credit card bill gets re posted as unpaid, go ahead and pay it at that point in time.
The credit card bill got re posted and before I could pay it, it charged me a $25 fee.
My question: What kind of problems am I looking at in the future for this late fee and such? I already paid the bill in full once I realized that it was re posted. I am calling the bank in the morning and talking to them and get their word on everything.
Chase is the bank. Chase Freedom is the credit card. This all occurred in 3 days or less.

The solution is easy. Make more money.

Thanks. The money was in the bank, just different accounts. Just got back from Vegas and money in my savings account doesn't help me win any money.

They're going to tell you that, as you weren't more than 30 days late, you're fine. Just don't make a habit of it.
