New numbers..all season?

I'm sure someone knows, are the new numbers and longer strips permanent changes? I don't usually panic over uniforms but the numbers are horrid.
If permanent, I see a TD.com petition in the near future.

they most likely are...and to anyone paying close attention to Ole Miss vs. Vandy ... our unis this year and Ole Miss' are the EXACT SAME ... substitute the colors and they are the exact same uni. same stripes, same numbers.

Ill deal with the stripes it just can't get what would possess someone from actually saying...'yeah those are cool send us an order'. They actually look to be a smaller font than the Ole Miss version.

well any intelligent fan knows the "longer stripes" that "look stupid" are actually more reminiscent of the traditional look which actually had the stripes all the way around.
