Is it just me or does this year have a lot more people selling their season tickets?

...and not only more people selling, but more people selling at a reasonable price?

Not really

Clowns are giving up on the season but don't want to lose their season tickets

I have to believe it's due to:

1) Daytime games in Tiger Stadium
2) Home game opponents

Auburn will likely be our only home SEC game at night.

What are your thoughts on paying the face value plus the TAF fees?

I always insist on paying the fees when I'm buying a ticket from a friends with season tickets, since I like to help ensure they will have them in future years so I can ave a chance to buy more. For a stranger offloading their season tickets, it seems they want someone to subsidize their option to maintain the tickets. Should the person paying the fees be given the option to purchase them in subsequent years?

On the other hand, I understand asking and am fine with people agreeing to pay them.

I never ask for anyone to pay above face value for mine. And I never ask for TAF fees because those are tax deductible donations so I'm still benefitting from my donation. I usually sell the $40 games for half price since many of my friends elect to take their children to these games.

I think the economy has much to do with it. Not interest in the season. We may lose some games, but it's always fun to watch the tigers play.
