The Jaguars are the obvious pick. The Jets and Raiders will have 1 and 2 more wins than Jacksonville.
Also I'd say both the Browns and Bills will be above .500 this year. However I still see the Browns missing the playoffs.

Tuel might start game one, but he's not going to be under center all year. Once E.J. is back, Spiller will run crazy and the defense is good enough to catch a pick six from Sanchez, Smith, or Harrell.

Raiders, easily. They have far less NFL caliber players than any of the teams mentioned. When your best player is your Kicker, your team is terrible.
