Trade help - RB for WR help

I give up MJD/Nicks for B Marshall and Bryce Brown
It's a 14 team league. My rb's as it stands are forte, mjd, montee ball, s greene, and jquizz. My wr's are vjax, nicks, k thompkins, heyward-bey, and mike wallace.
I need wr help but is this trade worth it to lose one of my two starting rb's?
