Surprisingly, I'm sober as a judge right now. I'm just using my noggin here. Espn would be there Friday if cam was really ready to decide, not the other way around.

he is no longer undecided...that much is clear to me and that's why people are hearing a buzz from a certain direction...that's how recruiting goes...
Unfortunately, this ESPN thing just gives Alabama more air time, more hype and another recruiting championship.
the media is happier when they have a clear #1 to prop up... When USC was doing their thing, same deal... None stop
And don't look now, but they already have 3 5 star players committed for 2015

You're entitled to your opinion, and I am by no means trying to assert that cam wasn't ready yesterday. I'm also not asserting that cam won't still pick Bama, he very well may. It is my opinion that after talking with the LSU staff and or praying with mom he decided he needed more time to think things over. Notice how he never announced a time and place today? That makes me believe that he's legitimately been struggling with this all day.

Well recruiting is fluid...and I like you optimism, but I think the writing is on the wall.
Sims in now a commitment.. CR just visited Alabama again and suddenly he is ready to pull the trigger..
Well, ESPN has a huge weekend in front of them.. so I am sure they said hey Cam, can you wait a few days? We would love to get that on TV, after all you are our #1 ranked player...

Hope he comes to BR but no way little known Cam Sims from Quachita with no LSU offer gets on ESPN U last week to announce soft Bama offer is now firm commit unless his good buddy Cam Rob is making same announcement on the U Wed. LSU will not sink or swim on the decision of 1 offensive lineman . The Cam we do have on offense now as coordinator, with Chavis and Miles, will own Bama the next few years with or without Cam Robinson.

I haven't read all that others have written. But this makes sense for him to do this on Wednesday rather than Friday. There would not be much airplay on a Friday with everyone focused on kicking off football season. Secondly, since there are no football games on a Wednesday, ESPN gets to make his commitment THE sports story leading into the weekend. This is some nice marketing of the story. Now if we only get Cam to pick the LSU hat!
