But...but...but...he's overrated and he had a terrible junior season and he takes bad angles and he isn't that talented.
(And now he's the starting safety for the returning NFC Champions.)

I can't recall anybody saying he wasn't talented or that his junior season was "terrible".....but IMO he did make a lot of poor angle coverage decisions last year and didn't show considerable improvement from his sophomore year.

Saints will play all the DB's from 10' season who are now in the league
Peterson and Mathieu against Arizona
Brooks against Buffalo
Simon against Seattle
Claiborne against Dallas
Reid against San Fran
Forgot Brandon Taylor, we don't play San Diego. But still, thats crazy
Wowzers

My favorite player since Peterson. All class and represented LSU well. Glad his hard work has paid off.

What's up with McCray? Where is he on the depth chart?
I know he had a pretty good season last year.

How many starting DB's will LSU have game 1?
Mathieu might want up in the starting spot, but most likely not.

GO ERIC GO BABY!!!
As for the guy who commented on bad angles last year, I have to agree that Eric missed quite a few tackles that a safety of his caliber should have never screwed up. It's just the truth and a few of those missed tackles hurt the team in the Bama game. if memory serves. On the flip sidcde, he was trying to tackle future NFL ball carriers in that Bama game so I didn't hold it against him at the time.
That said, his talent will allow him to get the experience to improve any weaknesses that he had while at LSU. I see a couple of pro bowls and a long career for Mr. Reid.
