In the mid 90s dad and friends were enjoying Tequiza and Aspen Edge.

My dad drank Budweiser until I introduced him to good beer. Now he won't touch BMC.

Coors original, but now he drinks Ultra. Every now and then he'll drink some beers with me. Split a Mexican Cake with him recently.

Schlitz then when they pulled it he went to Old Milwaukee.

As you can tell my pops had a very sophisticated pallet. However, I have to say every now and then I'll grab an OM tall boy out of nostalgia and in a salute to the old man.

Red/white Buds but now he drinks Ultras.

Sometimes he mixes martinis in a jar and drinks them on the boat.

In the 50s it was Falstaff. In the 60s he switched to Busch Bavarian. He always poured one shake of salt on the top of the can.

Coors....back when it wasn't distributed to East Texas. Had to go to San Antonio to get it. I'm sure he drank something else when he didnt have coors. But I remember going to SA and my dad putting cases of it in the trunk.

I don't think you could get it in Louisiana till the late 70s or so.

I remember my dad drinking the miller ponies and then Miller Lite, when it came out.

I've seen pictures of when he was younger and he usually had Jax Beer. He said, it tasted like piss, but was usually the cheapest stuff available.
