Redmonds is doing it now. This engine is clean as hell and ran with no problems. I have no doubt it will pass.

Got the boat out of the shop. No pics yet. Total cost of motor swap, trailer swap and a few electrical items was $2300. This included the binnacle controls, new fuel lines, steering swap and other bullshite in order to get it done.

Still beat the cost of a new engine.

Yep. the shifter on the donor boat is a side shifter. I'd need a binnacle shifter.

motorboat, I just had this done. $1500

took them way longer than they thought. had to get a new binnacle and new cables.

Redmond's was about as fast as I expected. 3 weeks. I'm at the intracoastal about to run it.
