I mean with the great talent the state produces, the incredible game-day atmosphere, the shady oaks, and the rich tradition, should there ever been any reason (besides sanctions) that LSU should have a losing record again? Btw, this isnt some secret flame attempt at Miles. I worship him.

I don't see it happening in the next 10-15 years but after that who knows what will transpire.

It will happen again. It's happened to the best of them. Thats why we should enjoy this era while it lasts. One day we might long for the days of 11-2.

yes, especially if the negatigahs get rid of miles.

we will stumble and fall almost immediately. see muschamp and fl. hopefully we find another miles, but that seems to only happen every 50 years.

There will come a time when things on the field aren't meshing for whatever reasons. It's not hard to lose 7 games.

There was a time when we watched football until BASKETBALL began....

The youngsters are spoiled.

It will eventually happen. We have been very fortunate to stay well ahead of the 500 curve. It's actually very shocking this year that we are not considered to be close to this. We lost ALOT on defense. Most teams would be pre season 40th after our loss but we reload right? There will be down years both our D and O will be very young and those may be the years of pain...

As long as we schedule teams like UAB, Kent St, and Furman - We shouldn't.

College football tends to be cyclical in nature. I fully expect to have hard times again. However, the near future appears to be bright.
