Is This WR-Heavy Lineup Enough to Offset My Weak Running Backs?

(12 man league PPR)

I had the 11th pick. I couldn't pass up Calvin, so I took him there. Then I picked up Richardson on the way back. By the time it got back to me I didn't like the options at running back left. I felt like Jackson was the best value left in the third, picked Colston for the fourth round. Full lineup:

Quarterbacks
Matthew Stafford
Jay Cutler

Wide Receivers
Calvin Johnson
Vincent Jackson
Marques Colston
Kenny Stills - I like his potential

Running Backs
Trent Richardson
Rashard Mendenhall
Giovani Bernard
Leveon Bell

Tight Ends
Rob Gronkowski
Martellus Bennett

Defense
Chicago

Kicker
Phil Dawson

Not happy about the running back situation, but obviously I have 3 very good receivers. Is that enough to offset the weak running back spot, or should I look for some sort of trade?

I do not like the fact that your RB2 is a banged up Mendy. With your only back ups being unproven rookie and a shelved rookie who will probably be in a time share when he returns. There needs to be a move made to get a better rb2. Do you start 2wr a flex?

TRIch is going to be great this season. top 15 player if he can stay healthy.

Calvin, VJax, and Colston all should be top 15 WRs.

Those 4 players alone should help any other weakness you have.

Mendenhall is already hurt again with a knee sprain. Dont like him even if hes healthy. Cards wont be leading that many games and their OL is horrible anyways.

Gio could be a good player down the stretch of the season.

Bell is out a few weeks, but will be the starter when he gets back.

All in all, I think youre ok. TRich is going to be a big time player this year and youre 3 WRs are all awesome. Just watch the waiver wire and try and find a RB. You dont have a good balance, but TRich is great and youre 3 WRs are all very good. Plus, if Gronk can come back and be the type of guy he typically is, thatll help youre squad alot.

Right now I have Colston as the flex.

Stafford
Johnson
Jackson
Richardson
Mendenhall or Bernard?
Bennett (until Gronk is healthy)
Colston at flex

There was no way you could've passed up on Calvin in a PPR and Trent in the second round was a steal. IMO you had the best first 2 rounds in the draft as far as value. I think you should've grabbed Murray in the 4th instead of Colston because now you are hurting on RB's.

TRich on the way back - damn. He went 7th in my league. I wanted him bad at 8.

I thought about Murray, but him being so injury prone scared me. Same thing with McFadden.

You definitely did great with your running backs, and you have one of the better teams in our league. I think mine is in the upper half, but what I have at running back might seriously hurt.

Yeah but it's also a gamble to go into a season hoping your WR's can carry your team.

That stupid draft analysis thing gave me one of the highest draft grades but projected me to finish 6-7.
