OB nation, looking for some advice on seeking some hunting land to lease for myself and a few friends in louisiana
any good references to land owners? what to watch for? and what is a decent price per acre to pay for a deer/ squirrel/ duck lease that is not necessarily prime hunting, but is ok. just want a place we can take our families to teach them to hunt.
Thanks!

Uhh. What part of La? This is very important in estimating price and what to expect.

You'll have better luck finding the fountain of youth. Good luck though

Doesn't matter what a good price is, it all comes down to what the owner is willing to agree to.

And like someone mentioned before....Good luck!

It is, and they are even looking desperate to offload it now, as they have split it in to two parcels, one listed at $7.5M and another listed at $4M.
