Heard this at least 10 times since we left the game. The excuses and the poor sportsmanship was embarrassing. Had a great time watching the Texans go down, but their delirious fans still had the nerve to call us the Aints and make sorry excuses.

Anyone else at Reliant experience this?

should've told 'em our #1 receiver has yet to play 1 down in the preseason

also our back-up QB marched all over their #1 D for about a full quarter

oh... and their Pro Bowl CB got schooled by a rookie

Yea, I told one guy that neither did colston and his reply, "Watt has more of an impact."

Jahri Evans did not play either. I would say that he and Colston are pretty damn important.

Nor did Evans, who likely would have kept watt in check.

And we didn't play Evans (possibly our second or third best player), Colston, and multiple starting LB's.

Well, it is true. He did win defensive player of the year. It's preseason anyway, who cares if you win or lose- in regards to Houston fans making excuses

Colston's had 1,000 yd receiving seasons what... 6 out of 7 years? I'd say that's rather impactful

Even my gf, who had never been to a game here in Houston, said, "wow, what a bunch of sore losers. This looks like the walk of shame out of here."

Houston will win a lot of games and they have a lot if good players including Watt. However they will always fall short. The most important position, QB, is filled by an average NFL QB, Matt Schaub. He's a guy that will put up impressive numbers but will fail to execute in critical situations. That's what separates winners from losers. It's a very fine line in the NFL.

to be fair... Schaub did start his career as the Falcons back-up QB

failing when the pressure is at its highest is built in his DNA

I laughed, but it would have been more effective with the old fat lady.

Lol at puffing your chest out about a preseason win. It always amuses me when opposing fans cry about their experiences in opposing stadiums. Wtf do you expect? You don't think that happens in the Superdome?

Those are some hardcore fans if their excuse was anything other than "it's a preseason game"
