There was a thread in this about a week ago. Consensus is mojo is all you need.

I don't understand why they're needed. Seriously. If you have birds you should be able to limit out.

Mojos work, just don't have one between you and someone else because the birds will come in low

Wasn't sure of we aligned on having the hanging mojo from power line as a best practice or not. Committee is still ruling on that
