I'm probably about 3/4 the way thru, and damn.....talk about something awful

The directing, the acting, the editing, the score, the script, the story....holy crap, its terrible. As a cinematic historical marker, this should be filed somewhere inbetween the accolades of Knight Rider and MacGuyver

The only thing positive, is how hot Melanie Laurent looks

I too thought it was fine. It was much better than I anticipated and Fisher and Laurent were both smoking in the movie. The only thing that really bugged me is the Facebook guy but I just don't like him for the most part. Woody Harrelson was really good and Franco was solid.

If I had one thing to pick on with the movie it'd be
SPOILERS

The twist at the end, I figured whoever was behind this was somehow connected to the guy who died performing that trick in the water, but didnt have a clue who it'd be. So the twist was shocking I'll admit, but I didn't like if. My opinion, all the things that they did to allude the police aren't as impressive if you know that the guy chasing them is the one who's telling them what to do, and knows all their tricks.

I don't get it....it was soooooo damn cheesy. Every last scene was so hokey and over the top.

*bright lights
*cue 80's chase music
*extreme close up
*cut to other actor
*bad one liner
*360° pan camera
*repeat

I watched it out of curiosity and because I like magic.

It was pretty bad.

Laurent was pretty hot in it, but every time I saw her I wanted to yell out "shoshonna"

I normally enjoy mindless fun and cheesy, but I thought this was pretty bad. It was also a little too communist for my taste at times. Will not be watching the sequel.

I liked it on the big screen. Would see again.

It may not play on a 50 inch TV.

Saw it in the theater. The plot holes annoyed me and gave it a wtf feel IMO.

I watched it last night. It was predictable, but I enjoyed the movie. I would watch it again.

not really sure why they need to make a sequel since the story didn't leave any lose ends unless Morgan Freeman escapes from prison and seeks revenge
