Turnpike and Randy Rogers- Whitewater on the Horseshoe question....

I know there are a few people on here who follow TT and RRB closely so hope y'all can help me out.
Thinking out going to their concert on the 1st in New Braunfels, had a few questions.
1. Gates open at 7:30, what time do you think TT will come on stage??
2. The only seating left is preferred or GA. What's the difference between the 2?
Any other advice about the venue would be appreciated.

I think they have to wrap it up by midnight-ish, and Randy is headlining...90 minute sets, soooo...probably 8:30 at the latest. I went last year but I can't really remember what time everything kicked off.
This sounds snotty as shite, but I've always been backstage at Whitewater so I actually know very little about the seating arrangements...I think that preferred may be the skyboxes but don't quote me on that.
I'll be at that show so if you see me you better say hi!
