Pop up at "vizu" or something like that is a little annoying

It pops up and follows the post area in a threa (spo you cant read) and it is a poll for if you have used a voice or fax service.
When scrolling it just stays with the post space.
Not sure if it is an intended ad, but figured yall would want to know.

I thnk I know what you're talking about. Just experienced it. It needs to go... Makes this site seem like a cheap shady site.
