In terms of the fanbase's hatred, is Bama on the level of USC circa 2003?

I say no. The hate for USC was greater IMO.

I hate USC much more than Bama. We actually play Bama so, if we lose to them, we lose but we get the chance to play them every year.

Anyone who doesn't dislike BAMA more is insane.
We recruit head to heard with BAMA
We compete head to head with BAMA in the same division...of the same conference.
BAMA is being lead by our old coach who has done better there than he did here.
BAMA owns the SEC office and directly/indirectly effects even our schedule.
Only idiots who found it cute to put a billboard up in LA after 2003 could possible think this.

Way worse for Bama we play them every year and we are 3-4 against them since Saban.
except for playing LSU- Bama plays a very weak schedule much like USC 2002-now so they are comparable.

I hate USC more. they were media creations who played a incredibly weak arse schedule. At least BAMA is legit

It's a different kind of hate.
We hate Bama because they are a conference rival.
We hated USC because they were touted by the main stream media and their own fans as being 1000 times better than LSU. It wasn't even worth discussing as far as ESPN was concerned.

I never hated USC. We don't play them. We don't recruit against them that much except for a few big names. Yes they cheat. Yes they got some media attention that was annoying. Yes the AP gave them a trophy that doesn't matter. Who cares?
I told people then that the media suckfest for USC was nothing compared to what it is when Bama is good. Now you see it. We play Bama every single season in all sports. We recruit against them for a majority of our players. I hate them more than any team and have for my entire life. Go to a game once in Tuscaloosa and you'll see why. In no way should any LSU fan ever hate USC more. But again, our fans are some of the dumbest in the world and this thread is proof.
