I find it interesting the old Tiger head is being used - in fact, it almost looks like an updated version. Signs of a comeback?

if you look at the link on the TCU uni thread... there are a few teams that have updated their logos this summer who are sponsored by nike (uga, uconn, oregon st)

maybe this get incorporated into the unis next year... the numbers for football may have only been the beginning

Looks like LSU has paid attention to the different tiger head logos that have been produced by local companies lately, and have decided to meld some of those ideas into the classic tiger head logo. I LIKE IT.

Thank you Bengals & Bandits, and capitalism.!

I agree. Same style of head, but it looks more symmetrical, less busy, trimmer, and angrier.

Do you think lsu would go to a watermark on the back of their jerseys like most schools? And if so I'm assuming memorial tower would be prominent.

This cleaner updated version has been around since at least '06. I remember buying a sticker of it at the co-op bookstore.

Womens basketball still use the old three point line. Not sure if the ladies are gonna have their own court or not.

They do not. They made the switch two years ago, they also went back to the men's new 3-point line.
