Peter Lugers lunch dress

Eating lunch at peter lugers friday, we are going to be touring around before and after. Are khaki shorts and a polo acceptable or should i wear slacks?

it's pretty casual .. not a high end steakhouse type feel really. should be fine in that outfit. everyone knows it's hot out.

very casual, people in shirts and shorts even.
Very good steak.
If you want a great pizza check out Juliana's It's in the original Grimaldi's location, using the original oven ran by the original owner. He sold his name years ago. Grimaldi's is really good pizza, and you can get it on Coney Island as well. But Juliana's in DUMBO is excellent. You'll be around Red Hook for Luger's, not too far away from there.
