Salad Bar is different and decent the meat is good, but lots of sodium. Not worth it to me at full price but not bad at a discount. People that eat a lot will see a benefit in the AYCE more than me...

They have managers standing around making sure you don't 'steal' meat.

If you eat the meat, keep a bottle of water by your bed that night.
The salad bar is actually quite good and if I ever find myself stuck there again, I'll stick with that and have those offerings plus the lobster bisque.

ETA: OP is in BR, I doubt they are going to Houston to eat at Fogo de Chao.
