The guy I want to trade withs starting RBs are Ivory and Pierre Thomas. Hes got Woodhead and Reece on the bench. His RBs are dreadful.

I was thinking of sending him Leveon Bell and Fred Davis for Gronk.
Gronk was his 4th round pick and Leveon was my 5th.

That would leave me with Hilton, Givens, and Stewart at flex.

I think it's obvious that Gronk is the better end of it, but he has NO RBs.

Thoughts?

I'd rather have bell and Davis this year. People are expecting way too much from gronk.

Just do bell straight up. That way you have dais or the first few weeks and you can gauge gronk's progress.

I'd like to do that, but he would need a TE. I'd live with whatever's on the waiver if necessary.

Also Bell is currently my flex behind Spiller and MJD.

Anyone worried about Bell's injury?

I definitely wouldn'tget rid of bell then. Spiller is 190lbs and mjd has a major injury history on a bad team. Bell could get near 300 touches. If you trade him for gronk and gronk is out 6 weeks, there is no guarantee he is even the old gronk upon return. So you'vetraded away a starter at Te, a likely top 20 back based on volume for the idea of gronk.

The only way I would do that trade is bell straight up. No way a TE holds the value of a rb....plus you don't know when gronk is coming back and how good he will look. Worth a risk, bu it's still a risk you are taking. May not be worth losing bell.

The only way you are going to win is by taking risks. Bell ain't going to win anyone a championship. Gronk could. If you can hold your head above water for a few weeks, make the trade.

True. 5 weeks of a WW TE + Gronk should still easily be the #2 TE.

I have Jackson on the bench as insurance. Just a thought.

Trade Bell, if he accepts, look at the wire and grab Sudfeld as insurance for Gronk. Once Gronk is healthy I think you will see Sudfeld and Gronk on the field together a lot.
