Pray for just the right amount of rain

between now and the first home game. As per time tried and tested experience have shown work plans just outside of the campus and on are trying to beat the clock. This AM they were going to place pallets of sod on Dalrymple.

i guess the gist is they are still doing last minute gameday prepartions, one of which being laying new sod.

I got that they were placing sod on Daltymple, but what the hell did the rest of the post mean? What does this have to do with gameday prep? Is this real life?
