I think this means that you can use the team you chose for the mulligan round again, but you can't use a team again after that even if you get a game wrong and use your mulligan.

I dont think so. I think the only team you may pick again is the team you picked during week 1 (mulligan week).

No, you cannot use your mulligan team again. You treat your mulligan like a win.
