The customer service at the official Pelicans shop fricking sucks. They never answer the phone. I can only imagine the clowns running that place

Initially told I would receive overnight shipping and a ten dollar voucher after the Tuesday deadline past. Still got the voucher and a refund

So they actually told you they were shipping it last week? Because they told me the jerseys wouldn't be in until October. I want mine ASAP.

When I ordered it there was a comment to that effect however I was not directly told over the phone by an employee

I finally got in touch with them and the only thing they could say was a few weeks with no exact date. I asked them to connect me to Mr. Benson but they said he wasn't available
