I like him so much more on MasterChef where he's much more subdued and discusses actual cooking. I watched Hell's Kitchen for two seasons before I got really sick of seeing the exact same shite each episode.

I can't believe he wants the people on Hell's kitchen to taste every dish before it goes out. I have never heard of this being done in a restaurant before.

He would put sugar in a risotto, and the people would have to catch it.

Also, that dude loves risotto, seriously. It's the Ramsay go to .

His British shows are much better. The original Hell's Kitched, he tried to TEACH celebrities how to cook and he wasn't a jack wagon about it. Same with the original BBC Kitchen Nightmares.

Some of his asshat behavior shows up in the UK versions but not nearly as much as in the US.

I think I watched about 4 or 5 seasons of Hell's Kitchen before I couldn't take it anymore.

Sure, I get that. But after seeing literally the same thing every episode for 20 some odd episodes, it got lame. Even MasterChef can be absurdly repetitive, but at least it the cooking is the draw of the show.

Ramsay is a great guy, he just gets worked up easily and doesn't handle stupidity very well. For being one of the best chef's in the world, I'd say that's to be expected.

Huh? Somehow I think you've never been in a professional kitchen before. If you say you have, then I want to know what professional cooks aren't tasting their food

Very true. If you don't taste your dish before it comes out, you don't give a shite about your food.

This moment is pretty good LINK

Have you ever watched his BBC shows? The yelling is mainly an act for American audiences.

I really at the part where the reviewer said the steak was overdone. You order a well done steak and then say its overdone?

This. I've watched kitchen nightmare a lot and the majority of those owners/managers/employees are extremely stupid and lazy. No wonder most close down a few months after Ramsey leaves. They are too stupid to change. Him getting pissed at them is warranted the vast majority of the time.

Same with Hell's Kitchen. Although the premise was slightly different. The UK version he was TEACHING celebrities to run a kitchen.

I loved the F word, I wish it was still on.

Who's gonna win Masterchef? I think Luca or James might win.
