Here's to all the haters- from his time at Hull Shitty til now. I still remember getting into an argument in 2010 during the Holland game with some friends who argued that he was overrated, not that good, and I should, and I quote, "get off his dick." Now he's coming off a 30+ goal season and has a sick goal streak for the US. Watching Jozy's development over the past several years has been fantastic, and I have to say as a US fan I'm optimistic for the future. How could you not be?

Thank god Jozy is finally starting to quiet the haters and the dumbasses who used to call him Jozy OutTheDoor.

It's a similar feeling to having to fight the old Bradley nepotism arguments. Thank god that shite is over and done with.

Oh, and yeah, America is awesome and frick Mexico.

But seriously his development has been awesome. And this is the amazing thing I keep telling myself - he is only 23

I like the trolls, for the levity. Anyway, THIS.

It's not just that he's scoring goals, he's scoring highlight reel goals on a regular basis. For me, he's the top striker the U.S. has ever produced. The days ahead will be bright for American soccer. This is like watching the Saints and LSU finally reach the upper echelon of competition.

Even the MLS is vastly improved from its level of play just a few years ago. I remember when it was like watching high school soccer if you were used to watching European football. Now its exciting and talent filled. It's good to be a soccer fan, finally.

Here, here OP.

His celebration after his free kick goal is my favorite thing ever. I've always been a Jozy fan and it makes his recent performance that much sweeter.

There were some people who thought he was going to go the Freddy Adu route after his time at Villarreal and poor performance with the national team. Also, one particular poster who was convinced Juan agudelo was better.

I have been rocking my 2010 WC Altidore jersey with pride lately.
