Who is going to be willing to drop down into this mess from the other league?

I would stick it out if it meant getting into that league but if this one cant/wont work it kind of ruins the idea of promotion/relegation

Well, the beauty of that is that we'll have the remaining 2 or 3 active guys here, plus the 3 that get relegated. That gives this group a nice 5 or 6 to start with.

Those that didn't bother to put the time in won't be back. We'll have to get 4 or 5 new managers for next year.

I didn't realize we had enough votes or feedback to actually open the transfer window. I was looking for some votes or responses (more than the 1 or so I got) so that it wasn't just me making it up. Otherwise I'd post at midnight that the window should be open at 5am?

But I'm fine with it being open as we need to get things moving?

Can we get some responses and consensus in here? Or do I just assume my opinions become the rules?

I think at this point you might as well be King.

Should I even post a lineup? (I'm going to anyways.)

It only looks like the five of us are doing it anyways so yeah I'm down for whatever.

I just saw where Bho had a drop/add, so I updated my old ones and did the Skrtel one because I thought it was open.

I don't it's going to be very hard to keep everyone invested if we can get some uniformity I agree.

Pow-wow later this weekend or next week like Monday or Tuesday ... what do you say?

pow-wow sounds good to me. I guess we just need to regroup and make some decisions on how we're proceeding.

AZ - I can do some of the commish stuff as I usually make a few minutes here every day no matter how crazy my day is. I get to the office about 2.5 hours before anyone else, so that makes it easy even if the rest of my day sucks. That can help push things along - because with only half the league playing, we need some pushing right now to get through this transition and we know you're completely swamped.

I don't know if I'll always have time to do anything with scoring or records - that was my hesitancy to put myself out there the first time - but I think most of that can be taken care of by the owners of the teams.

I thought we had said it was open as of Wednesday since nobody was responding. I have 3 guys out injured so I had to make a move. I don't think it's fair to not be able to fill out a line up because a bunch of people quit. Also, AZ tells us he's too busy to be commish, but talks about getting 8 hours and a season done on the new FIFA. Interdasting.

I think I made two suggestions at opening the window, which got 1 response/agreement? The problem for me is that we had two people who didn't draft, and the second one may not have known they could draft yet (and that the first one had forfeited their right in the order), so we needed to give a bit of time to give them a chance. I didn't want to unilaterally make a rule/window without any consent or power from the people.

I'm fine with the window being open as we need movement and involvement. And unless anyone objects because they were specifically waiting for one of three or so players added last night, I say we just proceed. Window would now be closed with a game on and it will open Wednesday as normal. Two people can still add a player without having to drop.

I also just noticed that I'm not listed on the fixture list. I'm assuming I play KAS since I've played FF. WTF is going on here

Ok, I've been trying to do this, but it's out of hand. Why am I going to take the time to do any of this when I can't even be sure of who I was playing this week? CMON

I'm confused about why you don't know who you are playing? Unless someone has since fixed it, you are on the fixtures list spreadsheet as playing kicking and screaming - Col Reb.

A few things - I will try and update the results thus far and give us a state of the league update later this week. I don't know when as my job has an IRS deadline on October 15, but I want to at least give this the best shot we can. If you're at all interested, help me out a bit and post your line-ups and score from the week you played in the spreadsheet for those weeks. It really shouldn't take that long and you can freaking use the load time from your FIFA games or while you're taking a crap to do it.

Until then, I think we need to establish a few ground rules.

1. Always post your line-up
2. Always post your results It just takes a minute.

If you're going to be out of town - say it ahead of time and tell us unless you post a specific line-up, the previous weeks is good for the next week.

I don't trust the spreadsheet not being @#$@# with, so line-ups and scores should be posted. Its an easy copy and paste from the spreadsheet if you don't otherwise want to type it.
