Do you realize that Miles doesn't give a flying frick?

Do you also realize Miles has more discipline for JH?

...and do you also realize he probably won't say what he is going to do until he does it...regardless of what anyone thinks or says?

I didn't see them making these same arguments when Johnny "Football" played an entire season while he still had pending charges for underage drinking and the barfight....Don't even hear them questioning him being allowed to practice while undergoing investigation illegal activities after he won the heisman...Same ole double standard.

I hope we wax tcu with hill on the bench for 3 quarters and then let him enter the game in the 4th and let him tear them a new one.

Miles should have asked the players to vote on who their QB should have been for the BCS National Championsip game. Then he would have gotten some respect - and another title. WTF?

I've come to trust Les Miles on all issues regarding integrity. Still really worried about his game time decisions in pinch time, but not about integrity.

I would imagine he and Hill had some real deep heart to heart talks and Les must of been convinced he was worth all the ridicule he'd get.

No, he's not giving it much thought IMHO.
I bet it's the other direction. Lots of kids act without thinking at that age, but when they realize what they've caused, they are very remorseful.

If anything, I think Miles now has Hill's complete and unwavering loyalty. If Miles calls him 10 yrs from now at 3am and says "I'm in a bind and need you to come", Hill only asks where, not why, and is on the way immediately.

That's generally the way people react when someone stands by them in a shite storm.

Consider that this summer, Miles opted to let his players vote on whether or not to discipline troubled running back Jeremy Hill.

Not true. And people who think this and/or report this are being extremely naive and idiotic.

Do you think Les Miles gives a frick? He gives absolutely zero fricks about the so called "PR hit". He relishes in the idiocy of the media.

Why? Serious question here, why is missing game time the one and only end all punishment for a college athlete?

Hope Hill doesn't sit a single game.

He's already been suspended from the team for 3 months.

I hope he plays every game and ends up winning the Heisman. The meltdown would be glorious.

For the life of me I can't understand what the meltdown and butthurt is all about. J Hill is our most dynamic offensive player from a year ago. He is a game changer. He punched a guy in the parking lot of a bar after what appeared to be a significant fight. He's been punished severely for the punch. What am I missing here? Why wouldn't LSU fans want this kid on the field and doing well?

Some people just like playing the moral superiority card. When the log off of tigerdroppings and step off that high horse I doubt they really give a shite.

Your talking about the media and public perception here. If Miles had been a super hard arse and kicked hill off the team you'd have an equal and opposite response.
Rants and headlines would read.
" les miles repeatedly kicks star players off the LSU team"
" Les is destroying LSU football"

On the team voting line of BS. If Miles didn't first decide Hill could return to the team, there would never have been a vote. The vote was just the second step. Which is only right the team needs a voice.

The complete ignorance displayed by "writers" over the Hill shite has been ridiculous. Do these idiots really believe that Les left it all up to the team?

Does it matter one way or another? Either he lets the team decide and gets flak or he himself decides to reinstate him and internally "handle" the matter.

Most people were probably going to complain either way since he didn't come out and say Hill would sit a game.

I hope Hill runs a 40 yard bubble screen and scores against Bama for the winning td with a minute left in the game.
